This product works like a charm. My 3 year old loves watching his movied on this product. It has accesories to attach to the back of the seat. The entire screen turned 360 degrees, very convenient. Comes with car charger. The batteries are very decent but i mostly use it in the car. Most convenient option was the sd card reader, it also has USB port so if you have expernal USB key or USB harddrive that will work as well. Plays almost all types of movies, I mainly play divx type of files. Also plays songs. Sound is loud so no worry when in the car.

We purchased this player for the same reason most people do- to keep the kids occupied while on a road trip.
The system worked fine we only used dvds on the trip, but I did test to see that the system did recognize and play from my thumb drive. The picture was clear and crisp for a non hd player.
I had read on other posts that there was a plastic cover on the screen and they thought that they were damaging the device when they attempted to remove it. I can say yes the film is kinda hard to peel off, just slow and steady pull with take the file off without damaging the screen.
All in all for the price I don't think you can do better. If you want to spend over 150 well then your options open up a bit more.

This product works great at playing all dvd/cd formats specified but the Divx-Vod registration code that was on mine was invalid. This means I can't play anything from the USB port because I can't install the Divx player on this product until they give me a valid registration code. I have emailed Divx and Coby and no reply emails have shown as of yet. Do not purchase this product if you do not have a personal computer. even with a pc you may experience problems trying to get all of the features work on this device. Buyer Beware

This item has never worked properly from the very beginning. We bought it on the 24th of Nov. for Christmas. We used it on NEW YEARS DAY. It would freeze and not read dics. We've tried every disc in our library, 200. It would only play 30 and then freeze on half of those. We now have to pay to return and if we are lucky, we get a whoppin 1/2 of the sale price back. STAY AWAY from this product.

I had a problem with this equipment twice. First time it did not work. Power was on and off. Second time it work very well but all of a sudden it lost the sound. Since the it is good value and amazon.com is and excellent company to deal with returns I had to go with it again
